Psychotherapist
I am a fully accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP), with a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and a COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills.
Clinical Practice
I’ve always been drawn to understanding people and helping them feel heard and supported—especially during the times when life feels overwhelming. I chose to specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) because I believe in its practicality and collaborativeness. It not only helps people understand why they feel the way they do, but also gives them tools to make real, lasting changes.
My journey began over five years ago, with early experience counselling children and young people in both primary and secondary school settings. I later spent three years working within the NHS, delivering CBT interventions for a range of mental health difficulties. These roles helped me develop a flexible, compassionate, and client-centred style of working.
Therapeutic Approach
I work with adults experiencing a variety of challenges, including Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Panic, Social Anxiety, OCD, Health Anxiety, Depression, Low Self-Esteem, and PTSD. While my foundation is in CBT, I also integrate Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema-Informed approaches when needed, to best support each individual I work with.
I truly believe in the power of therapy when it’s rooted in trust, understanding, and collaboration. I feel incredibly privileged to walk alongside people as they find their voice, build confidence, and take meaningful steps forward.
