Therapeutic Approach
My therapeutic approach is integrative, which means I tailor each session to your unique needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all model. I draw from a range of evidence-based frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centred therapy, solution-focused therapy, schema therapy, narrative therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. I also have experience with eating disorder specific treatment methods. This flexibility allows me to adapt our work together to best support your goals.
I believe therapy is most effective when it’s a collaborative process. Together, we will explore the challenges you’re facing, develop a shared understanding of what may be contributing to them, and identify practical strategies to support your wellbeing and personal growth. My aim is to help you move toward becoming the person you want to be.
I support clients with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, stress and burnout, eating disorders, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. I understand that mental health concerns can often overlap and feel overwhelming, and I’m here to help you navigate that complexity with care and compassion.
My style is personable, professional, and grounded in empathy. I prioritise creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout your therapeutic journey.
